Olivia Morris has spent over two decades at the forefront of business leadership, healthcare consulting, and high-performance coaching. Co-founder and Chair of Verity Barrington, Olivia's journey is driven by a personal mission: to empower physicians and healthcare founders to reclaim their identity, grow beyond clinical practice, and thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

Starting her entrepreneurial journey at just 18, Olivia has owned and led businesses across entertainment, gastronomy, healthcare, and consulting. Yet, her proudest achievements remain her ventures into healthcare. In 2015, together with her husband, she founded Doctors Living, an initiative born from her experiences as a doctor's wife, witnessing firsthand the pressures faced by physicians and the systemic flaws in healthcare. Olivia channeled her compassion and drive into creating real, actionable change for healthcare professionals, giving rise to a network that provides guidance, advocacy, and drives better health systems.

Through Verity Barrington, Olivia promotes the power of personal branding and high-performance strategies for healthcare leaders, providing bespoke consulting and coaching services to elevate their careers and business ventures. She believes that every healthcare professional has a story worth telling, a message that can help them stand out in their niche, attract opportunities, and ultimately, make a bigger impact.
