Dr Shah is an internationally recognised doctor, innovator, medical leader, and entrepreneur with a focus on health technologies with inclusive system design. He is the Chief Clinical Information Officer for an organisation that provides cradle to grave medical and psychiatric care for over four million people. His ability to approach problems differently, evolve his vision, and lead change earned a World Innovation in Healthcare prize and coverage in national and international media including BBC World and The Daily Mail.

Clinically, Dr Shah is a lead clinician and Consultant Older Adult Neuropsychiatrist based in London. He has previously had consultant roles on inpatient wards and has specialist training in liaison psychiatry and neuropsychiatry. He has also had medical director roles leading teams across multiple departments within psychiatric care.

Dr Shah is also the Co-Founder of the Dorothy app, an assistant for those with dementia and brain injury. The Dorothy app has been supported by the UK government's Department of International Trade, Oxford University’s ‘The Hill’, and has been recognised by the Longitude Prize as a key innovation with the potential to assist those with dementia stay independent.
Dr Shah has collaborated with a range of companies and charities to enhance their offering including award winning films with British Film Institute, The Wellcome Trust and high impact digital healthcare.
