Dr. Aditi U. Joshi is a highly regarded physician and digital health consultant with extensive experience in emergency medicine and telemedicine. She works with healthcare organizations and startups to help them integrate digital health solutions, from telemedicine to remote patient monitoring (RPM), into their services. Her passion lies in improving access to care by merging clinical practice with innovative technology.

Over the years, Dr. Joshi has played a key role in numerous projects aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery. Recently, she helped guide Weight Watchers through the acquisition of the telehealth company Sequence, providing clinical expertise during the due diligence process. She has also worked with the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, where she helped develop a telemedicine program for the emirate’s emergency services. Her experience spans a wide range of healthcare initiatives, with a focus on improving quality of care and building sustainable, tech-driven healthcare solutions.

Dr. Joshi is also a bestselling author, co-writing Telehealth Success: How to Thrive in the New Age of Remote Care, which offers practical guidance on building effective telehealth programs. A frequent speaker at international conferences, she is known for her expertise in telehealth, digital health strategy, and healthcare innovation. Dr. Joshi’s work has taken her across the globe, sharing insights with healthcare professionals in countries like the UAE, Spain, Finland, and Israel.

In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Joshi serves as an advisor to the American Medical Association’s Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group, where she helps shape policies on reimbursement for digital health services.

Dr. Joshi earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois and holds a Master’s degree in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to education and training, having served as an Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where she directed the first accredited Telehealth Fellowship in the U.S.
